1. 下載網頁
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
RAR 3.80 beta 4 for Linux

2. 解壓縮
tar zxvf rarlinux-3.8.b4.tar.gz

3.
cd rar

4. 切換權限
su
輸入密碼

5.
cp rar /usr/bin
6.
cp unrar /usr/bin

如果你跟我一樣是用firefox下載
可以直接在從下載的框框點選"開啟"
or
unrar youwant.rar

excel - 凍結窗格功能

如果你資料想要填寫到excel裡面
填寫的資料
往往會超過一頁的空間
造成你所下的title會看不到

這個時候
你可以使用excel的凍結窗格功能

如果你的title是在上方 (列的部份)
那麼 請在你的title 下一格點選之後 選擇凍結窗格(功能->凍結窗格)

如果你的title是在左方 (行的部份)
那麼 請在你的title 右一格點選之後 選擇凍結窗格(功能->凍結窗格)

如果 你的title有在上方 也有在左方
那麼 請在你的title 右下一格點選之後 選擇凍結窗格(功能->凍結窗格)

看起來是based on apt-get ....

你的aspire one有skype嗎

預設出產的 aspire one 應該是沒有安裝skype的
不過可以到skype的官方網站下載
由於aspire one採用rmp的方式來管理套件
like fedora (or call redhat)
所以
下載網頁
選擇fedora 7
下載好的檔案名稱為
skype-2.0.0.72-fc5.i586.rpm

安裝時會出現一些套件相依性

安裝OK後
就要增加捷徑到快捷button上嚕

修改這個檔案
/home/user/.config/xfce4/desktop/group-app.xml
search skype
找到這行

進行修改

因為原來的項目有八項
所以這一項就另外修改成9
/usr/share/applications/skype.desktop
you can use the tools like vi or vim

then restart the system

If You really need to read a book, try to find one that is written for
Ubuntu Linux, as gOS is based on Ubuntu, and most of what you read
will apply to gOS, except for unique gOS features like the launcher
dock. But these are minor points. If possible read about the latest
Ubuntu, version 8.03, "Hardy heron".

啟動

變更喜好網路

查了一下資料
lxde-最初的繆思中有提及

請先在/etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/default檔案中
加入你要執行的指令

xscreensaver -no-splash
openbox --config-file $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/openbox/lxde-rc.xml
lxpanel --profile LXDE
pcmanfm -d
nm-applet

then
在/etc/xdg/lxsession/LXDE/autostart

@lxde-settings
@lxpanel --profile LXDE
@pcmanfm -d
@nm-applet

就可以在進入LXDE桌面環境下
launch network manager

也可以將應用程式的desktop file放到
~/.config/autostart下
可參考lxde mailing list

It is basic procedure to start applications on startup of LXDE.

Alternatively, it is enough to put application desktop file in your
~/.config/autostart folder to autostart application on LXDE start.

Same thing you can do with Network Manager. I agree that LXDE network
manager is still not polished and needa some development work.
