Build Wince 5.0 OS have some error message

出現
error C2065: 'ResponseR7' : undeclared identifier

跟一些SDMMC command是否支援有關係
// on an MMC controller R5 and R6 are really just an R1 response (CRC protected)

所以需要做update

更新的檔案包含
